From startups and scale-ups to reinvention and recovery, each experience deepened my understanding of leadership, business performance, resilience, and the realities of entrepreneurship.

Those experiences shaped the strategic perspective, resilience, and practical understanding I bring to entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial companies today. I understand firsthand both the opportunities and pressures that come with building, growing, and sustaining a business over time.
WHERE THE ENTREPRENEURIAL MINDSET BEGAN
I grew up in an entrepreneurial family where hard work, creativity, customer service, and independence were part of everyday life. My father built commercial interiors. My mother built restaurants. Long before I understood entrepreneurship, I was learning what it meant to build something meaningful from the ground up.
Watching them create, serve, solve problems, and take pride in their work shaped the way I would later approach business, leadership, and life. It taught me that entrepreneurship is not just about making a living. It's about creating value, taking ownership, and building something that reflects who you are.
